The Adventures of Maple
If you’ve come here looking for the usual Photoshop Phriday post, I have some bad news. But since I’m guessing that is relatively few of you, you’ll no doubt be excited to find more pictures of Maple, our new puppy. My wife has been out of town at a conference since Monday so I have not had much spare time to find out what type of bread football captains of the 1960s liked. I hope to return to regular Photoshop Phridays next week but if you really have a craving you can check back through all of my previous posts.
As I mentioned on Monday much to my great excitement this week Maple started sleeping through the night. Her schedule is getting more reliable and that has helped cut down on accidents in the apartment (she hasn’t had one since Tuesday!). This week she’s done a great job of learning the all-important ‘leave it’ command but still finds my arms and fingers more interesting than most of her chew toys. She has also been growing unbelievably fast; she gained over 3 lbs during her first week with us (she was 9 when we got her) and when I take her to the vet tomorrow I’m guessing she will be close to 16 lbs. As you’ll see in some of these pictures her growth has also opened up a whole new world of things to climb and chew on in our apartment.
